Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing investment guideline reviews and reporting for equity accounts and funds.
• Monitor and review automated exception reports.
• Prepare client guideline certifications regularly and as needed.
• Liaise with equity trading desks to resolve guideline questions.
• Perform periodic audits of policies and procedures.
• Maintain and update policies and procedures manuals.
• Provide backup for compliance staff.
• Complete special projects as needed.
