• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client inquiries related to investment accounting and financial statements.
• Deliver timely and accurate information regarding statements and analytics.
• Complete operational tasks such as account setup and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with clients to strengthen relationships and user experience.
• Utilize internal tools to reconcile investment data and resolve queries.
• Navigate knowledge base to proactively solve client questions.
• Prioritize workload based on productivity and quality metrics.
• Contribute to team and client projects and coach junior members.
