Job summary

Acquisition Network LLC, in partnership with Career Launch, seeks senior Investment Banking Vice Presidents to lead strategic, financial, and transaction work for high-growth and institutional organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will own transaction execution, client communication, and the development of junior team members.

The ideal candidate brings leadership in financial analysis, rigorous modeling, and the ability to present conclusions to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, strategy, or corporate development.
• Advanced financial analysis and modeling skills with strong attention to detail.
• Sound judgment when evaluating incomplete or conflicting information.
• Experience managing confidential projects with executive visibility.
• Clear writing, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States for the employer without misrepresenting work status.

Responsibilities

• Lead transaction execution, client communication, analysis, and junior team development.
• Lead rigorous analysis of markets, companies, investments, transactions, and strategic alternatives.
• Build financial models, decision materials, and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Coordinate diligence and execution across finance, legal, operating, and external teams.
• Identify material risks, value drivers, and unanswered questions early in a process.
• Present conclusions clearly to executives, investment committees, boards, or clients.
• Improve the templates, data sources, and operating processes used for recurring decisions.
