Responsibilities

• Lead planning, reporting, capital strategy, controls, and executive financial decision support.
• Lead rigorous analysis of markets, companies, investments, transactions, and strategic alternatives.
• Build financial models, decision materials, and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Coordinate diligence and execution across finance, legal, operating, and external teams.
• Identify material risks, value drivers, and unanswered questions early in a process.
• Present conclusions clearly to executives, investment committees, boards, or clients.
• Improve templates, data sources, and operating processes used for recurring decisions.
