Job summary

DC Advisory is seeking an Associate to support day-to-day M&A, capital raising and advisory projects. You will build financial models, draft pitches, assist client presentations and guide Analysts to deliver high-quality work.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, initiative and teamwork in a fast-paced environment, with a hybrid work arrangement four days on-site and one day remote. The company fosters growth through feedback and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years post-undergraduate M&A investment banking experience
• SIE, Series 79, Series 63 (exam within 30 days of start)
• Strong quantitative, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

The Role

As an Associate on the team, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day M&A, capital raising, and financial advisory deal processes and projects. You will learn the core knowledge of the investment banking industry and expand your knowledge in key analytical, communication, marketing, and sales skills. Every day is different, and your job responsibilities will include a range of projects and assignments including creating financial models, drafting pitch and marketing materials, participating in client presentations and training and managing Analysts. You will be a role model to our Analysts by identifying training and learning opportunities and monitoring work quality. Our Associates possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, a strong work ethic and thrive under pressure. You will be expected to play a critical role on transaction teams and make a difference for our clients. Working Arrangement

• Please note this position will operate in a hybrid capacity with four days on-site in our office (Monday - Thursday) with the option to work from home on Fridays

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $175,000 - $200,000 + annual discretionary bonus
