BMO Capital Markets is seeking Summer Analysts for a 10-week program in New York. This paid position offers hands-on experience in capital markets, including research, client presentations, and complex financial modeling.

interns will rotate into a product or industry team, gain mentorship, and participate in training sessions. The program targets undergraduates graduating in Dec 2028 or Spring 2029 with a strong academic record and interest in investment banking.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program, graduating in Dec. 2028 or Spring 2029.
• Interest in investment banking and a strong academic track record.
• Minimum GPA of 3.4/4.0 and outstanding academic achievement.
• Demonstrated leadership attributes in work, school, or community.
• Excellent analytic, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills in a demanding team environment.
• Proactive, resilient with a positive attitude and self-motivation.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and ways of working.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require sponsorship in the future.

Responsibilities

• Conduct industry and company research and analysis.
