Drake Star seeks Investment Banking Analysts and Senior Analysts for its Los Angeles office to support execution of transactions across M&A and corporate finance. The role emphasizes working streams, financial modeling, valuation analysis, and cross-border collaboration with global offices.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of investment banking experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and is eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. LA-based commuting is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of investment banking (M&A, fundraising) experience
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Tech sector experience preferred (digital media, software)
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Assist with the execution of transactions, including M&A and Corporate Finance
• Manage key working streams of transactions in a flawless and efficient manner
• Coordinate project deliverables and due diligence processes
• Develop financial models and valuation analysis
• Draft transaction related documents and marketing presentations
• Assist in business development initiatives
• Support cross-border transactions with other Drake Star offices
• Maintain relationships with Drake Star Partners' offices to support origination and execution
