Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree expected for December 2025 or Spring 2026.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Internship experience in IB, accounting, consulting, PE, hedge funds, or corporate finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and contribute to client presentations and interact with senior bankers and clients.
• Assist in designing and developing financial models and valuation analyses.
• Draft internal and client-facing documents, including management presentations and pitchbooks.
• Perform client due diligence, information memoranda, and other transaction-related docs.
• Support development of strategic frameworks and business development tools.
