We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Investment Banking Vice President to join our Equity Capital Markets, Diversified Industries team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to high-profile transactions and drive growth within a leading financial institution.

Job Summary

As a Vice President, you will develop strong relationships with corporate and financial institution clients and work across various products. Your responsibilities include executing deals involving mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, loans, and equity and debt capital raises.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the primary day-to-day client contact and lead banker on deals.
• Coordinate and review the analytic work of junior bankers to facilitate deal execution.
• Refine marketing and execution materials for maximum client impact.
• Oversee the creation of financial projection models.
• Identify and manage risks associated with deals.
• Liaise with internal and external parties, including lawyers and accountants.
• Lead client negotiations, Q&A sessions, and management interviews.

Required Qualifications and Skills
