Job summary

CareerXL, LLC is seeking experienced bankers to coach students for investment banking recruitment. You’ll run 1:1 coaching sessions, mock interviews, and provide precise feedback to help candidates land offers.

Ideal candidates are current or former IBD analysts or associates from bulge bracket or elite boutiques, with up-to-date recruiting knowledge and the ability to explain an LBO to new students. This is remote with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Experience as an IBD analyst or associate at a bulge bracket or elite boutique.
• Ability to explain an LBO to a sophomore clearly.
• Flexible schedule: X-Y hours per week, remote.

We need more bankers who can get them there.

Who we’re looking for

• Current or former IBD analyst or associate at a bulge bracket, elite boutique, or top middle-market bank
• Incoming Interns and Analysts can be considered for junior coaching roles
• Recent enough to know what recruiting and superdays look like today
• Able to explain an LBO to a sophomore and have it stick
• X-Y hours per week, remote, flexible around your banking schedule
