Please review the following job description: Associates on the Power, Utilities & Infrastructure Investment Banking team support all aspects of deal execution and client communication across sellside and buyside M&A mandates and private capital raises. Responsibilities include building and reviewing CIMs, MPs, financial models, and valuation analyses. Associates are also expected to provide guidance and mentorship to Analysts in the compilation of materials. Junior bankers on the PU&I team are staffed on multiple live deals across the unregulated renewables, regulated utility, and energy transition sectors. The team currently has active M&A and capital raising mandates. Responsible for providing client relationship management and investment banking services including strategic advisory services to corporate and private equity clients related to buyside and sellside M&A, debt and equity capital raising, designated by industry/sector. Industry coverage includes industrials, financial sponsors, consumer and retail, healthcare, financial institutions, energy, and technology, media and telecom. Senior investment banking professionals are expected, over time, to generate a balanced mix of M&A, debt and equity capital raising of $7 million to $30 million subject to the attributes of their sector coverage. In addition, senior investment banking professionals are expected to “sell the bank” by appropriately positioning the banks treasury and payment solutions product suite as well as floating rate and F/X, private wealth, insurance and other services. Senior investment banking professionals are also expected to serve the bank's corporate banking and commercial clients with strategic advisory and the aforementioned traditional investment banking services in partnership with the primary Commercial and Corporate Banking coverage professionals.

The annual base salary for this position in New York is $175,000
