Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in Investment Banking M&A; strong Analyst performance for internal promotion.
Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 79, and Series 63 licenses (or ability to obtain).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Build and understand complex financial models.
Perform complex financial analysis with minimal oversight.
Create high-impact presentation materials using PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other relevant software programs.
Interact with all important constituencies in the course of executing and closing loan transactions.
Ensure adherence to risk, compliance, confidentiality, and information barrier requirements across all workstreams.
