Role Summary
We are seeking an Associate Director with a minimum of 3 years of investment banking experience to join our high-performing advisory team. This is a leadership role focused on deal execution, client interface, and mentorship of junior talent. You'll quarterback M&A and capital advisory transactions across a diverse set of industries, with direct exposure to senior partners and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead execution of live transactions (M&A, capital raising, strategic advisory)
Oversee modeling, valuation, and deliverable preparation (IMs, teasers, CIMs, decks)
Interface directly with clients, lawyers, counterparties, and internal stakeholders
Manage workstreams during diligence, structuring, negotiations, and closing
Mentor Analysts and Senior Analysts to drive high-quality output
Contribute to idea generation and client development efforts
Required Qualifications
3 years of investment banking experience, ideally with cross-border exposure
Advanced modeling and valuation capabilities (Excel, PowerPoint fluency required)
Strong leadership and communication skills (Spanish and English fluency mandatory)
Proven ability to manage deal processes and drive transactions to completion
Located in Latin America or the United States, or willing to work remotely in EST / CST time zones
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Latin America and the Caribbean markets
Familiarity with sectors such as infrastructure, consumer, TMT, financial services, or industrials
Background in private equity, corporate development, or restructuring a plus
