We are seeking an Associate Director, Cyber Architecture and Engineering to join our Enterprise Security Services organization. This is a remote work opportunity.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) security strategy, ensuring alignment with firm goals and evolving threats.
2. Support security operations and incident response, providing expertise in GCP-related activities such as threat hunting, forensic analysis, and remediation.
3. Oversee the integration of GCP and Workbench security tooling, automations, and processes for unified security monitoring and response.
4. Stay updated on cybersecurity practices, promote skill development within the security team, and provide thought leadership.
5. Drive automation and orchestration to enhance security monitoring and response, documenting processes in playbooks and guides.
6. Build strong relationships with internal teams and vendors to align strategies and promote collaboration.

Qualifications:

1. At least eight years of recent experience in security architecture, with expertise in GCP and security tooling integration.
2. Bachelor's degree preferred; certifications such as CISSP and Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer are preferred.
3. Experience leading security projects and resources, with knowledge of security standards and regulations like NIST, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
4. Strong influencing, planning, and communication skills; ability to develop high-performance teams.
5. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
