Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in investment banking or related financial services role.
• Proven ability to develop detailed financial analyses and transaction models.
• Clear written and verbal communication with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
• Series 79 and Series 63 licenses, current or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Execute investment banking transactions across M&A and capital raising mandates.
• Advise clients on strategic financial transactions and serve as main contact throughout the process.
• Develop and review financial analyses and models to support decisions and deal structuring.
• Guide and mentor analysts, providing direction and feedback on deal execution.
• Support client development by identifying opportunities and helping pitches.
• Track industry trends to inform business development and Citi's market position.
• Evaluate risk and ensure compliance with regulations and firm policies.
