Job summary

Northbound Executive Search is seeking an Investment Banking Associate for its Midtown Manhattan office in a growing, international Capital Markets group. The role features a hybrid office structure and manageable hours, with strong opportunities to work on high-profile deals.

You will join deal teams across M&A, debt and equity financings, build financial models (DCF, LBO, etc.), and prepare presentations and memos.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of investment banking experience.
• FIG or Insurance/Reinsurance experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
