Overview

A middle-market investment bank with a strong presence in healthcare is seeking Associates/VP's to support its M&A advisory practice. The team specializes in healthcare services, HCIT, hospitals, and senior living, advising on sell-side, buy-side, recapitalizations, and private placements.

This role offers significant transaction exposure, client interaction, and responsibility in both execution and business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and valuation analyses for live deals and pitches
  • Support preparation of client presentations, marketing materials, and proposals
