We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Banking Associate to join our FinTech/Technology Investment Banking team. The ideal candidate will have prior Senior Analyst or Associate-level experience at a reputable investment bank and a strong track record of deal execution. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior bankers and clients, contributing meaningfully to transactions from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial modeling, valuation analysis (DCF, comps, precedent transactions, retention models)
• Support and manage the execution of M&A and capital raise transactions
• Develop and oversee preparation of client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation
• Coordinate due diligence processes and interact directly with clients, lawyers, accountants, and counterparties
• Mentor and manage junior team members, ensuring high-quality analytical and presentation output
• Conduct industry and company-specific research to support business development and active engagements

Requirements:

• 2 – 4 years of experience in Investment Banking specifically M&A.
• excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work in a self-directed manner in a project or deadline-driven environment.
• Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships at all organizational levels.
• Exceptional research, analytical and quantitative reasoning skills.
• Experience in the FinTech / Technology / Software sector is preferred
