Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions and strategic advisory engagements.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses (e.g., DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions).
• Prepare client-facing materials, including pitch decks, investment memoranda, and management presentations.
• Conduct industry, company, and financial analysis to support transaction execution and business development.
• Manage data rooms, diligence requests, and coordination with internal teams and external advisors.
• Work closely with Associates and senior bankers in fast-paced, lean deal teams.
