You’ll build valuations, models, and marketing materials, learning through real transactions and close collaboration with peers.

You’ll work with both junior and senior bankers, gaining hands-on experience across deal stages, and using AI tools like Rogo, CoPilot, and auxi, plus Power BI or Tableau for data-driven

Qualifikationen

• 12–24 months of full-time work experience (investment banking preferred)
• SIE and Series 79 licensing preferred (or the ability to obtain them quickly)
• Strong mathematical, writing, and verbal skills; relevant software proficiency
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative setting

• Provide analytical support across mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and other financial advisory services
• Prepare company valuations, build financial models, and create marketing materials
• Contribute to business development through research, analysis, and client meeting preparation
• Work with junior and senior investment bankers across every stage of a deal
• Use AI tools and data visualization software to generate insights and client materials
