Job summary

Baird is hiring analysts in Chicago, IL to support Consumer, Healthcare, Industrial, and Tech & Services groups. You will assist across mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and other financial advisory services, building valuations, financial models, and marketing materials.

You’ll collaborate with junior and senior bankers, gain hands-on experience through all deal stages, and leverage AI tools like Rogo, CoPilot, and auxi along with Power BI to deliver data-driven client presentations.

Qualifications

• 12–24 months of full-time work experience in investment banking preferred.
