Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate development, corporate strategy, consulting or related field.
• Excellent analytic and writing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of the M&A and capital raising processes and proven deal closure experience.
• Strong understanding of financial statement analysis and company valuation techniques.
• Teamwork, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Driven, results-oriented personality.
• Excellent academic record.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of pitch materials, confidential information memorandums and management presentations.
• Financial modeling and financial analysis, including valuation analyses.
• Capital markets and technology analysis.
• Participation in the drafting of SEC documents.
• Execution of mergers and acquisitions projects, IPOs and follow-on equity offerings.
• Coordinate and perform due diligence for Needham & Company sponsored transactions.
