Job summary
aMoon Growth in Boston is seeking a Growth Associate to support diligence, data analysis, and investment documentation across HealthTech sectors. You will conduct primary and secondary research, interview KOLs, and evaluate product-market fit, collaborating with portfolio teams and board members.
The role requires a strong academic record and at least two years in investment banking, equity research, VC/PE, or public markets, with fluency in English and excellent presentation skills.
Qualifications
- Academic degree with strong performance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in investment banking, equity research, VC/PE, or public markets.
- Fluent English; highly analytical and detail-oriented.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred: post-MBA, international experience, healthcare background, Hebrew language skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead diligence efforts including primary and secondary research.
- Prepare investment memorandums and analyze data in preclinical/clinical/commercial stages.
- Conduct KOL interviews and evaluate product-market fit.
- Perform market and financial analyses and prepare investment documents.
- Collaborate with board members on meeting preparation and partner with portfolio service teams.
