Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business (Accounting or Finance) or Mathematics/Economics.
• Series 7, 79 and 63 licenses.
• 0–3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct specialized financial and statistical analysis on marketing and execution activities.
• Assist in valuations of private and public companies and financial modeling in Excel.
• Provide input to client proposals and underwriting memos; help prepare client presentations.
• Support deal teams under senior officers and maintain confidentiality of client information.
