Job summary

Morgan Stanley's New York City office is seeking Investment Banking Analysts to join the Media & Communications Group. The analysts will work with regional and international clients on a broad spectrum of complex transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, restructurings, and capital markets activities.

You will collaborate with senior professionals to deliver high-quality advice and develop creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work with regional and international clients on a wide range of complex transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, shareholder relations, recapitalizations, demergers, leveraged buyouts and defenses against unsolicited takeover attempts.
• Provide strategic advisory assignments and execution of public and private capital markets transactions.
• Collaborate with Morgan Stanley professionals to deliver high-quality advice to clients.
• Encourage creative thinking beyond the numbers within a collaborative team environment.
