This Investment Banking Analyst will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining complex financial models, including valuation, merger, LBO, and operating models.
• Conducting detailed financial, industry, and company research to support live transactions and business development initiatives.
• Assisting in the preparation of client presentations, pitch materials, CIMs, management presentations, and other transaction-related documentation.
• Supporting senior bankers throughout all stages of deal execution, including due diligence, financial analysis, and transaction coordination.
• Analyzing industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities for clients.

Ideal Experience:

• 1-3 years of Investment Banking experience.
