About the Role

Builderk.ai Capital is seeking a senior-level real estate investment executive to become the Founding Managing Partner of our newly established capital markets division. This is a rare opportunity designed for a semi-retired or late-career professional eager to co-create and lead a national capital platform. The position offers high-level autonomy and a lifestyle compatible with relocation to Florida.

This role is not a typical executive position. It is a foundational seat at the table of a transformative real estate investment entity. The selected partner will co-found the financial engine of a next-generation development group centered on AI, offsite manufacturing, and intelligent delivery systems. Builderk’s growth is structured through a national ecosystem of franchisedBuilderk Business Owner-Operators (BBOs), expected to scale into nearly 200 U.S. markets.

What You’ll Do

The Managing Partner will lead Builderk.ai Capital LLP, a Delaware-incorporated investment partnership. They will be responsible for all aspects of capital formation, including equity syndication from institutional investors, family offices, and emerging tokenized funding models. The role includes structuring and executing joint ventures with landowners andBuilderk Business Owner-Operators, and facilitating their creation, funding, and capitalization. In this role, the partner will also hold 5–15% equity stakes in the BBOs they fund.

The Partner will be empowered to build and manage a focused team, including analysts, deal syndicators, and investor relations staff. They will operate at the executive level, closely interfacing with Builderk’s leadership to support BBO formation and expansion across all markets.

Who You Are

You are a senior capital markets professional—possibly a private equity partner, development fund manager, or investment banker—looking for a strategic, impactful, and less intense late-career opportunity. You have over 20 years of experience in real estate capital structuring, LP/GP models, joint venture deals, and fund architecture. You are highly skilled in capital stack engineering, investor syndication, and project-level financing. This role is ideal for someone ready to step into a legacy-building leadership role that values entrepreneurial flexibility and national influence.

What We Offer

As a Founding Partner, you will receive a 20–25% equity stake in Builderk.ai Capital LLP, with full rights and participation in governance. Your compensation will include a base salary of $180K–$250K and performance-based bonuses. In everyBBOyou help fund or launch, you will be offered 5–15% equity participation. Additionally, you will earn 10–20% carried interest on Builderk Capital’s GP promote in every closed joint venture. This position offers a flexible work arrangement with the option to relocate to Florida and work closely with Builderk's senior leadership team to shape the future of real estate development financing.
