Investment Associate / Vice President – Private Technology Investing | Baltimore, MD

I’m working with a specialist investment firm focused on private technology secondaries, investing in high-growth technology businesses by acquiring shares from founders, employees, and existing investors.

The firm is looking to add an Associate and a Vice President to its investment team in Baltimore. These are exciting opportunities to work on differentiated investment transactions, with exposure to sourcing, financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and deal execution across the private technology landscape.

Ideal candidates will have experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, venture capital, or secondaries, with strong analytical and financial modelling skills and a genuine interest in technology investing.
