Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant investment experience.
• Experience in private markets, venture capital, growth equity, fund investing, or investment consulting.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a small, collaborative team.
• Genuine interest in venture capital and private markets.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and underwrite venture capital and growth investment opportunities.
• Conduct investment and manager research across private markets.
• Support due diligence on primary and secondary transactions.
• Analyze investment opportunities and underlying funds.
• Prepare investment materials and recommendations.
• Support deal execution and portfolio monitoring.
• Work directly with senior members of the investment team.
