Revere Housing is seeking an Investment Associate to support the Acquisitions and Investments team. The role spans deal sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and transaction execution on complex urban multifamily assets, note purchases and strategic investments.

You will travel to target West Coast submarkets to tour assets, assess market fundamentals, and benchmark competing buildings, while preparing investment memos and presenting opportunities to the Executive team.

Qualifications

2-3+ years of real estate investing/finance experience.
Bachelor's degree required; business/finance/economics preferred.
Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel proficiency.
Knowledge of loan analysis and real estate financing structures.
Willing to be in the Bay Area in-office 4 days/week.

Responsabilités

Support broker and counterparty relationships for off-market deals.
Lead day-to-day analysis of acquisition opportunities and build pro-forma models.
Draft investment committee memos and present opportunities to executives.
Travel to West Coast markets to tour assets and assess market fundamentals.
Coordinate due diligence and manage underwriting flow to close deals.
Utilize AI tools to automate workflows and improve efficiency.
