We are working with a leading global mega fund to hire experienced Associates and Senior Associates in their New York office. The role will focus on making private equity investments in Energy Transition and Infrastructure.

The role:

• Support all aspects of the investment process, including market research, due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring
• Contribute to investment memos and presentations for internal committees
• Assist in negotiating transaction documentation alongside senior team members and external advisors
