Responsibilities

• Investment fund manager due diligence.
• Ongoing internal reporting and Investment Committee review; ensure compliance with Investment Policy Statement.
• Monitor investment performance and provide recommendations on manager selections.
• Develop and manage internal performance monitoring systems.
• Develop asset allocation strategies to meet financial goals.
• Collaborate with HR on Defined Contribution plan fund selections.
• Supervise Investment Analysts and Summer Interns.
• Oversee account management and operational processes.
• Advise on Investment Consultant performance and structure.
