Hennion & Walsh is launching an Investment Associate Career Development Program designed to train ambitious individuals for a long‑term career in financial services. The 18‑month paid program supports licensing exams to become Financial Advisors, with hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing career development.

From day one you are paid while you study and supported through licensing, mentorship, and growth opportunities within a growing investment firm.

• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the firm’s Financial Advisor training and licensing program.
• Study for and complete FINRA licensing examinations with firm support.
• Learn investment products, financial markets, and wealth management strategies.
• Develop communication and relationship-building skills through adviser mentorship.
• Assist in building and maintaining client relationships.
• Collaborate with advisors and internal teams in a fast-paced financial services environment.
