Hennion & Walsh is seeking ambitious, motivated individuals to join our Investment Associate Career Development Program. This paid 18-month training track is designed to launch a long-term career in financial services and prepare you to become a licensed Financial Advisor.

You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and financial support while studying for FINRA licensing exams; after licensed, ongoing mentorship and career development continue within our growing firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the firm’s Financial Advisor training and licensing program.
• Study for and complete FINRA licensing examinations with firm support.
• Learn investment products, financial markets, and wealth management strategies.
• Develop communication and relationship-building skills through advisor mentorship.
• Assist in building and maintaining client relationships.
• Collaborate with advisors and internal teams in a fast-paced financial services environment.
