Job summary

Michael Page US is assisting a leading commercial real estate investment platform seeking an Analyst/Associate to model and evaluate acquisitions, perform due diligence, and support asset management across the U.S. market.

You will prepare committee materials and collaborate with brokers, lenders, and operators. The successful candidate will hold a bachelor's degree, have at least two years in CRE or related fields, possess advanced Excel skills and a proven ability to present complex analyses

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic background.
• Minimum of two years of experience within commercial real estate, real estate private equity, acquisitions, investment management, asset management, or a related field.
• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex analyses clearly.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working within an entrepreneurial setting.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial modeling, underwriting, and quantitative analysis for prospective acquisitions and dispositions.
• Conduct market research, evaluate industry trends, and assist with investment due diligence activities.
• Prepare investment committee materials and presentations summarizing key risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with brokers, lenders, operating partners, and third-party advisors throughout the investment process.
• Support ongoing asset management initiatives, including financial performance tracking and forecasting.
• Create and maintain portfolio and asset-level reporting for internal stakeholders and investors.
• Assist with asset business plans and identify opportunities to enhance operational performance and investment returns
