Usi Insurance in Chicago is seeking an Entry Level Investment Associate to collaborate with consulting and manager research teams, collecting data, supporting analyses, and delivering client-ready information.

The role supports quarterly performance reporting, data collection from vendors, and development of investment manager searches under senior guidance; strong learning orientation is essential.

Qualifications

• Open to December 2026 and Spring 2027 graduates.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• Commitment to client service excellence.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently to meet deadlines; use critical thinking skills to solve problems autonomously.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and react to change positively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Curiosity and interest in the institutional investment market; strong desire to learn.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary software.

Responsibilities

• Complete quarterly and monthly investment performance reporting for client teams.
• Provide day-to-day client support and handle special projects.
• Build investment manager searches with asset class leads; collect and analyze data.
• Attend investment manager meetings and prepare client-ready deliverables.
• Enter market values and cash flows from statements into investment software; reconcile discrepancies.
• Analyze market trends across asset classes (equities, fixed income, real estate, hedge funds, private equity).
• Respond to inquiries from clients, managers, and custodians in a timely manner.
• Create charts/graphs for client deliverables and assist with data analysis.
• Support research team with reports and data collection from data vendors.
