This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with experience advising investment funds, private funds and alternative investment managers, including hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds, commodity pools and other alternative investment vehicles.
The successful candidate will work closely with experienced partners and sophisticated clients, gaining meaningful exposure to fund formation, fund structuring, governance, regulatory and compliance matters, with direct client contact and responsibility from an early stage.
Hybrid: Monday-Thursday in the New York office; remote Fridays.
The attorney will work alongside partners within the Financial Services / Investment Funds practice and advise a broad range of fund and asset management clients.
