The Scion Group in Chicago is seeking a qualified Associate to join our investments team. This senior role focuses on delivering financial models, rigorous research, and clear presentations while coordinating with external constituents on pending transactions and portfolio management initiatives.
The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in real estate finance, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a track record mentoring junior analysts.

Scion is paving a path in student living and we’re seeking a talented Associate to join us in executing our vision. This position is a senior role within the investments team working group who will focus on delivering financial modeling, research and presentations as well as communicating with all external constituents associated with pending transactions and portfolio management initiatives. In addition, this role will support related investment verticals that are critical to the performance and success of Scion’s operations.
The Associate fosters strong cross departmental working relationships and thrives in a fast‑paced, agile, corporate environment. This role demands excellent communication skills, agility, well‑honed analytical and problem‑solving skills and takes no half measures.
