Job summary

PCM Encore is a rapidly growing, founder-led wealth management firm and multi-family office. We seek an experienced Private Wealth Advisor to lead as primary financial planning and relationship lead for assigned households, delivering proactive, comprehensive wealth planning and partnering with internal specialists.

The ideal candidate will own client relationships, analyze the entire financial picture, and collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver sophisticated solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years as a Wealth Advisor or Financial Planner owning a relationship for at least 80 households.
• Strong technical foundation in financial planning, investments, and tax-aware strategies.
• Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with tailored investment instruments such as direct indexing, private credit, Opportunity Zones and alternatives.

Responsibilities

• Onboard up to three households per week; manage 120+ households at full capacity.
• Lead client onboarding and ongoing financial planning meetings with IPC, Tax Advisor, and team members.
• Develop and update holistic financial plans and provide proactive planning recommendations.
• Coordinate planning with internal Tax, Estate, and Investment partners.
• Meet with IPC and Tax at least yearly to review portfolios.
