Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in investment, banking, or related fields.
• Strong Excel skills with formulas and pivot tables; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support due diligence on hedge fund managers — strategy, track record, risk profile, and portfolio construction.
• Lead calls with bankers, hedge fund managers, and service providers; take structured notes and summarize key takeaways.
• Draft underwriting memos and recommendation summaries.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support manager evaluation and investment decisions.
• Build forward-looking scenario analyses on current and prospective managers.
• Track existing investments against thesis, performance, and risk parameters.
• Flag material changes in manager performance or organizational stability.
• Support investor relations communications with clients on existing portfolios.
• Organize due diligence materials, call notes, and manager communications.
