FutureProof, a Hanwha Company, is seeking a highly analytical Investment Analyst / Senior Associate to support our North American energy and infrastructure investments. You will review financial models, assess investment risks, and synthesize insights to guide executive decisions and cross-border coordination.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional experience in Corporate M&A, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Deal Advisory.
• Experience reviewing and analyzing complex financial models, investment reports, and due diligence documents.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is required.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze investment proposals and project structures for North American energy assets.
• Assess feasibility of investment vehicles and identify financial, structural, and operational risks.
• Analyze stressed financial models and verify returns, cash flows, and risk parameters.
• Draft investment summaries and support governance and executive reporting.
