Job summary

Travelers seeks candidates for a two‑year investment analyst training program in the United States. The program exposes you to fixed income through two tracks—Credit or Quantitative—and includes on‑the‑job training and project work. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Team experience and internship or other practical work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree with minimum GPA of 3.5.
• Strong analytical thinking and effective written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support fixed income analysis and credit/portfolio tasks.
• Assist in presenting findings to analysts and portfolio managers.
• Participate in Credit or Quantitative tracks within the two‑year program.
