The Travelers Indemnity Company invites high-potential candidates to join a two-year Investment Analyst Training Program in the United States. The program rotates through Credit and Quantitative tracks within fixed-income, offering hands-on responsibilities and exposure to portfolio management.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree with a 3.5+ GPA, internship or related experience, and strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Team experience and internship or other practical work experience are required.
• Candidates should demonstrate initiative, leadership potential, versatility, follow-through, sound analytical thinking, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Credit Track: evaluate new and existing securities, monitor research, present financial results, develop tools and models, prepare reports, conduct credit research, engage with issuer relations and rating agencies, present analyses.
• Quantitative Track: use modeling software, perform return attribution, design analytics for fixed-income modeling, develop new tools and reports, monitor risk and portfolios, maintain treasury futures, perform other duties as assigned.
