They focus on SMID Cap investments with a long-term horizon, employing a contrarian strategy to identify undervalued, under covered, and misunderstood companies. They leverage deep fundamental analysis and industry participant insights to gain a superior understanding of potential investments.

Role Overview: They are seeking a talented and motivated Investment Analyst to join their team in Richmond, Virginia. As the fourth member of their lean analyst team, you will play a crucial role in generating investment ideas and contributing to the firm's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and present investment ideas
• Conduct deep fundamental analysis of potential investments
• Gather evidence from industry participants through channel checks, expert network calls, and industry contacts
• Collaborate with the team to develop and refine investment strategies

Qualifications:
