Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field.
• 2–4 years in an analytical role within a financial firm or wealth management.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with portfolio construction interest.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive workflows.
• Clear communication and collaboration with internal partners and client teams.
• Interest in using AI/technology to improve processes and productivity.
• CFA designation or pursuit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review customized investment proposals and transition plans.
• Administer day-to-day management of private-alternative investments.
• Provide technical investment support on portfolios and strategies.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and technology to streamline work.
• Conduct investment research and contribute to portfolio construction decisions.
• Support manager due diligence and ongoing monitoring.
