Qualifications

• Superior analytical skills demonstrated through work experience or graduate education in finance, law, economics or liberal arts.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply concepts to investing.
• Strong communication and ethics are essential.

Responsibilities

• Learn fundamental research and analysis skills to become an analyst at Point72.
• Develop company analysis and financial modeling during the program.
• Learn statistics, accounting, financial modeling, data analysis and coding.
• Complete a compliance training curriculum for an analyst role.
• For Academy Associates, some training will occur in the New York City office.
• Rotate with two investing teams and gain mentorship from professionals.
