Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a real estate finance analyst to join our team in Illinois. The role focuses on assisting clients in obtaining financing for multifamily projects through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA lending programs, and conducting in-depth analysis of debt transactions across multiple capital sources.

You will perform market research, due diligence, cash flow modeling, property valuation, and borrower credit review, and prepare loan submissions for diverse multifamily properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a top undergraduate business/real estate program.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong quantitative and analytical ability.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• 1–3 years of FHA, Fannie Mae and/or Freddie Mac multifamily lending experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
