Job summary

Advisor Group Inc. is seeking an Investment Advisory Billing Specialist based in our Atlanta hub.

The role focuses on processing billing for advisory accounts, including fee calculations, adjustments, and reconciliations, using our Wealth Management Platform (WMP) and related tools. You will collaborate with IA Support, Operations and Accounting to ensure accuracy, meeting SLAs and following established workflows.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process billing requests for Investment Advisory accounts, including fees, adjustments and reconciliations.
• Execute tasks accurately within SLAs.
• Review account data for billing accuracy and discrepancies.
• Follow defined procedures and workflows for routine processing.
• Maintain detailed records in systems and ticketing tools.
• Collaborate with IA Support, Operations and Accounting to resolve issues.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed.
• Communicate status and clarifications to internal stakeholders.
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
• Support quality control by adhering to policies and compliance.
• Contribute to process improvement and learn related systems.
