Assist in early detection and rapid response to pest infestations that may cause substantial economic damage to South Carolina. Responsibly operates and maintains department-owned equipment. Works in an assigned geographic region and other locations required. Specific program work includes Yellow-legged hornet (YLH) trapping, surveying for YLH infestations, participating in YLH eradication work, and assisting with public reports of YLH. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Compensation Information

Expected Salary Range: 44,000 - 54,000

Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines.
