Responsibilities

• Reviews or enters submissions to LSC's Incident Reporting System and completes intake processes
• Develops investigation plans and conducts full-scale investigations
• Maintains confidential files and ensures adherence to policies and procedures
• Provides regular updates to the Supervisor and escalates as needed
• Assists with improving incident management processes and related documents
